Your visit to our website is logged. The following data is recorded, which your browser sends to us:

Log files are generally only evaluated by the administrator for troubleshooting and error analysis and are then deleted.

USING YOUTUBE IN EXTENDED PRIVACY MODE

This website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics. The provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. We use the "Activation of IP anonymization" function on this website. This means that your IP address will be shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area before processing/storage. RIGHT TO ERASURE

You have the right to have personal data concerning you deleted, in particular if one of the following reasons applies

• You withdraw your consent on which the processing of your data was based.
• You have asserted a right to object to the processing.
• Your data has been processed unlawfully.

However, the right to erasure does not apply if the legitimate interests of the controller conflict with these. These may be, for example,

• deletion is not possible due to retention obligations.

RIGHT TO RESTRICTION OF PROCESSING

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The data subject has the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning him or her which is based on points (e) or (f) of Article 6(1), for reasons related to his or her particular situation; this also applies to profiling based on these provisions. To the extent that the processing of your personal data is based on consent, you have the right to withdraw this consent at any time.

STANDARD TIME PERIODS FOR DELETION OF DATA

Unless there is a legal retention requirement, the data will be automatically deleted or destroyed if it is no longer required to achieve the purpose of the data processing, including billing. For the regulations regarding cookies, see there.

Statutory retention periods are generally 10 years, particularly for data relevant to tax law; other data in accordance with commercial law (business letters) are generally kept for 5 years. The storage period can also be based on the statutory limitation periods, which, for example, according to Sections 195 ff. of the German Civil Code (BGB) are generally three years, but in certain cases can be up to thirty years. If HTC Eissport GmbH stores other, non-personal data such as utility data, energy consumption data, temperature data as part of a separate contractual relationship, these will be transferred to a data storage device 4 weeks after the end of the contractual relationship and permanently deleted from HTC Eissport GmbH.

RIGHT TO APPEAL TO A SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY

According to Art. 77 GDPR, every data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if he or she considers that the processing of personal data concerning him or her infringes the GDPR.
